Basically, it's an IBM XT floppy controller on a NuBUS card. When
combined with the matching 5.25" drive (Apple PC 5.25" Drive) and a copy
of Apple File Exchange, it allowed a Mac to read/write 360K MS-DOS
floppies.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any software besides AFE which could
access the card. :-(

FYI, there was also a version of the card made for the Mac SE.
