     I do not know of a sound recorder which is an NDA.

     There are several applications (non-NDA programs) which let you
record and edit sound. For example, you can highligh a portion of a
recording and reverse it to experiment with Reverse Speech. Two good
sound recording/editing programs are Sound Studio and Sound Shop.
