I just received word back from Adam about his progress in getting all
partitions of the Golden Orchard CD-ROM mounted on his Macintosh:

So, apparently, I need to revise the information about "Using Golden
Orchard on a Mac." Before I do that, I have a question: are older
versions of the Mac-based CD-ROM Toolkit still available from the company
that produces it, or would folks need to purchase an older version used?
In any case, I'd really like to thank all those people who offered
assistance and advice to Adam, since I'm basically clueless about the
Macintosh.
