Try http://www.warehouse.com/ and ask for these.
Note, this works for both Apple IIGS and Macintosh.
Just get the keycaps, replace them in the right positions, and use
with the correct TrueType font.
Or on the IIGS, you can just print the entire Russian character
set from the Russian TrueType fonts, then using Video Keyboard,
carefully match where each font came from relative to the
English (or French) keycaps and then replace each one by
taping the printed letters on top of the keycap. Crude, but
workable.
Russian TrueTypes can be easily found by searching the web.
