Ok, so Shiva sold some of its products to Dayna.  Intel bought Dayna.  Then
Intel bought Shiva.

No, it *hasn't* taken place; the offer is on the table, but the deal won't be
closed for 3-6 months, probably, assuming it's approved by the government
and Shiva's shareholders.

That would make sense, judging by the facts.  Why Intel would want both
companies is beyond me, though.
