You might be reinventing the wheel, as Spectrum Internet Suite and Marinetti 
are both out (I believe Marinetti is the equivalent of the Dialup Winsock 
driver in Windows, and SIS would be the equivalent of Netscape, Eudora, etc 
that run on top of the driver)
