Hi, I had this kicking around and thought it might come in 
handy.  The formula for figuring out any tone is, start
with a pitch (e.g. A 440 Hz and multiply it by this
New Pitch=440 * (1.059463094359300)^Z
where Z is the number of tones difference between A 440
and the tone you want.
(negatives exponents work, too)
