Numeric Keypad //e Pinout

I've got a numeric keypad //e,  but I don't have the adaptor to hook it
up to the //e. I expect I can make one up easily enough, I've got the
pinout for the 11-pin connector inside the Apple //e from the Reference
manual.

What I don't have is the pinout for the DB15 connector on the keypad,
and the keypad doesn't seem to want to be opened unless I lift the feet
to look for screws underneath.

Can someone send me the pinout for the keypad's DB15 connector, please?
