Some product really do cost a lot to develop, publish and market, especially in
a small market like the current Apple IIGS. And then, there are people in all
businesses that simply charge a lot, Sometimes it's a good strategy, and
sometimes it's not. But that is, after all, the option of the seller.

I don't know why Access II costs $75. Why not ask the company selling it,
though?

As for $45 for sytem disks, I strongly suspect that's a misprint. If not, well,
competition is sometimes good. Check out www.hypermall.com/byteworks, APDA-47d.
That's all 6 Apple IIGS System 6.0.1 disks, and the price is $8. Of course, you
can download the same disks for free if you have a way to convert the immages
to 800K Apple IIGS disks, but for $8, it may not be worth the trouble.
