That would be Abracadabra's Design-Your-Own-Home, which, believe it or not,
they will still be happy to sell you (at least as of a year ago when I
bought it).
Another drawing programs is BeagleDraw. I'm not sure of its availablility,
but it's pretty good, given the limited size of the IIGS screen.
