I don't know. BSCit 2.1 is supposed to handle Base64. You can get
it from Ground's Useful Stuff folder at ...
ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/2/apple2/useful.stuff/
If BSCit does not work the problem may be some Mac prefix which
needs to be stripped from the file first.
What is the name of the file you want to process and where can it
be downloaded?
