: Hi Ruby, it is really easy actually to get an honest to goodness ADB cable
: for the IIGS because they are identical to Macintosh ADB cables.

For a good many reasons, I wonder about people who went from Apple IIs to
brand X boxes. Not knowing what parts interchange between Apple's product
lines is only one reason.

: Just go to any computer store and say "I'm looking for a cable for my
: PowerMac keyboard." Any Mac except the iMac and the pre-SE Macs
: all use the same keyboard cable as the IIGS.

Or call mail order used Mac places like MacResq. They had coiled ADB cables
for $3 a whack back a time. Better yet, frequent any used computer stores
in your area and rummage through their junk piles. These can turn into the
mother lode of Apple stuff since they are typically run by nitwit Bill
Gates disciples. I visit one which has provided me with a multitude of Apple
parts, an ADB cable for a buck being merely one of 'em.
