What you need is the Apple II users group. Every quarter the dutch user
group 'Klokhuis' (Apple core) meets in Utrecht. Lots of Mac users
naturally, but also die-hard Apple II users. Look on their website for the
next meeting (which will be held in December I think:
http://www.klokhuis.nl
You should also be able to find links to other Apple II websites or user
groups there.

Europe is kinda big and especially divided. I don't think there are many
people here who know of German, French or Belgian user groups...
