I've written to Jim Maricondo and am awaiting his reply to see if he
confirms or refutes the claims made last week about his software that I
believe I am exclusively licensed to distribute.
 
If Jim confirms, then who am I to question what he wants to do with his
copyrighted software?
 
However, if it turns out that the claims made by Turley are a figment of
his imagination, as I strongly suspect they are, what then?
