Software for my "new IIc"

is there anywhere on the net I can access a software archive for this baby?
Or do I have to comb the yard sales hunting for each morsel?

Also, what is the procedure to dump data onto a 5 1/4 1.2 Mb floppy and have
it run on my IIc? I don't have a modem for the IIc...if I downloaded it onto
my atari 800xl would it work?  They both use the 6502 processor
