Them dirty little dipsters ...

I recently posted a note here asking for help with an apparently dead
AppleColor RGB card.  I got some responses, one of which suggested that
dirty dip switch contacts could make the card seem dead when it was
actually all right.  Well, that's what it was.  I fiddled with the dip
switches and, voila, it came back from the dead.  Moral of the story is
try flipping those dip switches 100 times before you give up on a card
and toss it!
