First of all, do not try to unzip it on a PC.  You lose the attributes,
which means the program won't work.

Second, which Apple II is this?  If it is an Apple IIGS, you should
skip to "from Mac HFS to ProDOS" step because the IIGS,
with System 6.0.1, can read Macintosh HFS disks.

Third, if it is an Apple IIe, then you indeed need to copy the
file from Mac HFS to ProDOS.  However, you'll want that
copy to be an ARCHIVE file, unchanged on the PC.  You
then need to unshrink DSK2FILE.SHK (or something) ON
THE APPLE II side.  Good luck!
