There is a bug in GSCII+. Do not run GSCII+ with the output
set to an HFS volume. Also, where possible first copy the files
off of an MS-DOS volume before proceeding. The error has
also popped up when using an MS-DOS disk as source and
ProDOS as destination.
GSCII+ is not completely sane when it comes to FSTs.
