I'm not speaking for Nathan here, as I've never met him, however, I have
met Joe Kohn. As your opinion is stated, I would like to state mine.

To call Joe "judgemental, spiteful and arrogant" couldn't be further from
the truth. I have found Joe to be quite the opposite...as open minded,
forgiving, and willing to hear all sides. He has, and is, only responding 
on his own behalf as a business man with integrity while protecting others
(programmers) rights.

I can verify that Joe is not worried about losing any money concerning
this issue, but rather is attempting to protect those rights of others who
have entrusted their property to his care. That is NOT spite or
arrogance...that is caring for others.
