CP/M Softcard and Mouse card incompatible???

Greetings,

Does anyone have a CP/M softcard and a mousecard
installed in an Apple IIe?  I'm finding that
the mousecard is interfering with CP/M in that
soft resets sometimes fail, scrambling the
screen, and occasionally even cold boots
fail too.  During normal operation of CP/M,
however, there seems to be no problem.
Prodos and Dos3.3 work fine, though.


If I take out the mousecard, the problem
disappears.  Switching interrupt handling
on the softcard seems to make no difference.

The mousecard is in slot 4, and the softcard in
slot 7.  I have two disks in slot 6, a memory
expansion card in 5, a serial card in two and
a printer in 1.

Can anyone verify if the two cards are
incompatible?
