Re: Where can I find a pinout for a //c modem cable ?

i can't find the name of the book which i got the pinouts from,
some time ago, but if you want to build your own null modem cable,
i've had success with this:

     rs232            mini din 5
     -----            ----------
 pin   2   transmit       4     receive
       3   receive        2     transmit
       4   rts
       5   cts
       6   dsr
       7                  3     signal ground
       8   dcd
      20   dtr

pins 4 & 5 jumpered together
pins 6, 8, & 20 jumpered together
