I don't know if you know this or not, but you can take an
external Macintosh SuperDrive and plug it into the IIGS
to use it to read your IIGS 800k disks. It works. If you
have a Mac or know someone who does and have one of
these drives, you can use it.
Otherwise, http://www.allelec.com/ has some 3.5 drives for
sale.
