To supply termination power you need to make a modification to the
Apple HS card. Can't help you on the specifics since I've never needed
to make that modification.
The 3 sets of jumper blockd are
SS - Self-seek - normally off
EP- Enable Parity - normally on
WS-Wait/Spin disable - normally off
later model drives usually have one called TE for termination, usefull
if you need an internally terminated drive
