     What is the name of the emulator you want to run under Win98?

     Regarding .cab files-- I'm pretty sure these are "cabinet" archive
files which contain several files each. They are used by Windows during
Windows installation. (There should be a .cab file unpacker on the Win98
disc.) Probably, you not supposed to run any .cab files.
