Apple IIgs Keyboard

I need some info:

1. Where can I buy a used IIGS keyboard and cable CHEAPER than
   these $40-80 prices I see at commericial sites???

2. If I cannot get a keyboard anytime soon, what are the pinouts
   of the Apple IIgs keyboard port?

3. I hear that you can use old MacIntosh keyboards on a IIgs...
   Is this true, and, what are the pinouts on the back of the
   keyboard itself?
