Did Xebec make a SCSI card for the Apple II series?

Recently I got a card with a 50 pin connector on the top (all odd pins
connected to ground, except for the one in the middle -->SCSI) and half
a dozen TTL chips on it. There is no integrated controller chip, only
gates and latches.

Where can I get further information about this card (and driver /
formatter software) ?
