Sure. You need to get a controller card to use 3.5" disk drives,
however. The SuperDrive card from Shreeve Systems will
run BOTH 1.44MB SuperDrives and 800k floppy drives.
The Universal Disk Controller will allow you to run Mac 800k
drives.
Thus, either of these two cards will do.
