A Mod I'd Like for Sys6.0.1

It drives me nuts that I can't pick up an icon and drag it to a folder in
the same window because the folder is higher or lower than what's visible
in the window.  With a Mac of course you pick up an icon and move to the 
upper or lower edge of the window and it will scroll accordingly.

I want this feature in the GS Finder!  PLEASE! PLEASE!
(I don't know who I'm asking of course but I'm sending it out there)
