Yep.
It's built into the Apple. It's called the System Monitor.
Boot off a ProDOS disk that has Basic.System in it, and type CALL -151 and
you'll be at the Monitor prompt.
Get some books on 6502 assembly language and one or two on some of the
generally-used memory locations and internal structure of ProDOS for tracing
the start of program object code when you BLOAD it.
