To which I reply: I think we all would be eagar to thank the copyright
holder,if they decide to reclassify the software as freeware or shareware
especially if Scranton were
to make such an effort with all versions of AppleWorks they hold the rights to.
But, from what I've read thus far concerning this option, and discussing it
with them by telephone on more than one occasion, Scranton has no intentions of
doing this nor of even promoting and actually even selling any of the versions
of AppleWorks they hold the rights to to the public from any outlet,
including from their web site.

So here's the question for discussion: Just how are people that do sell
products commercially for use with AppleWorks expect to increase their sales of
such products - if people that do not have
AppleWorks can not obtain it via legal sales outlets?

Some logical comments and solutions on this please - are requested.

Cheers,
Tom
