     Possibly, you are new to the "A2 (Apple II)" forum on Delphi; or,
maybe, your reading of posts has been very selective. It has been common
for the forum managers to permit attacks upon users so long as the
attacks fit the views of the managers.

     Meanwhile, should a user post information the managers do not want
users to know or take an 'incorrect' position on an issue or post
something which embarrasses the managers-- like Beverly's complaint--
then, the message will be deleted.

     This is not the first time that Beverly has been abused on that
forum. A few months ago, some of her messages were deleted (or "hidden")
because she wanted to discuss Apple II archives and come up with some
way to encourage the presentation of accurate information on A2 internet
sites.

     When you repeatedly permit abusive attacks on someone and delete
her messages, it is kind of silly to expect "good relations" with that
person.

     You need to be more specific. There are _thousands_ of forums on
Delphi covering all sorts of subjects. Anyone with a free Delphi account
can have a web page and create a forum-- it's easy.

     Many of Delphi's forums are well-managed and fun to visit. As for
the "A2 (Apple II)" forum, the actions of its managers will, in large
part, determine whether or not it is to become a credit to the Apple II
community.

     If there is any "rivalry" it is something imagined by the managers
and a few members of the "A2 (Apple II)" forum on Delphi. The Csa2 FAQs
continues to list Delphi as an on-line service which supports net access
via Apple II's. When it was noticed that a direct URL for the "A2 (Apple
II)" forum was missing, the information was added.

     If "A2 University", "A2 (Apple II)", and other such places promote
established Apple II institutions and the expansion of II computing,
they are sure to attract user support on Csa2.
