TWGS Upgrade Availability?

Alright.  Probably doomed to failure here, but...  Is there any hope in hell 
of obtaining the 2B GAL chip for the TWGS?  

How come someone with eprom burner hasn't cranked some of these out? 

I checked with  Joachim Lange at ///SHH Systeme, and he doesn't have access to 
them either.  Though he mentioned that he could distribute them if he did. 

Is there any way possible of running a Ramfast card without this update?
