The //c Plus keyboard was designed to be similar to the IIGS keyboard
(as was the platinum //e keyboard). The CA became the "option" key.

The manuals show up on eBay from time to time -- one just ended a few
days ago (don't recall if it sold or not). The one on there now is
over-priced -- they aren't really all that rare. If you have time, I
could dig out and ship you one of my spares.
