Unless the IIGS had a Universal Disk Controller from Video
Technology (the manufacturer of Laser brand hardware and
computers).
When used with such a controller, a Mac 800k drive is
pretty transparent too on a IIGS (since IIGS users who use
GS/OS rarely hit the eject button).
