I would very much like to see such a site - of coure, there are a lot out
there, but you can never have too many...but please, please, don't let it
become a pirate site of pirated software, as in asimov. Not only does
asimov have
Appleworks 5 on the site, but Rubywand had the audacity to recommend a
newbie to download it from the site, in the same paragraph that they gave
our (Scantron Quality Computer) phone number to BUY a copy of it.
Appleworks is NOT YET OUT IN PUBLIC OMAIN AND NEVER MAY BE!!!!!
Yes, a site you're proposing is fine, as long as it doesn't turn into a
pirate's epository. Check out some of the sites around for ideas.
