If you're already sure that it's a printer card, you don't have to go
check the monitor listing anymore...

But to answer your question, to enter the monitor, you'll have to go to
Basic first. Give the computer a Reset, so that you see the Basic prompt
(the ] prompt) and then type CALL -151.
The prompt changes into a * and you can give monitor commands. C100L
shows the first screen of the listing of the ROM from hex address C100.
Ctrl-C returns you to Basic.
