Ah, but actually it is Charlotte's ipod, not Narelle's :)
The clue that was intended to indicate the ipod song name could open
the computer was that if you examine the ipod (which is Charlotte's),
you are reminded that 'You saw Charlotte and Narelle sharing the ipod
the other day.' That plus the song being set on repeat.
I think the password puzzle is probably the one requiring the most
abstract thought, especially because when most people examine the
ipod, it's likely to be right after they picked it up at the very
beginning of the game. So they aren't likely to remember that clue, or
even try to read a significance into it until later. Feedback has
suggested a good number of people found that the first place they got
stuck.
If you have 47 agility, that's okay - your natural agility is 45, so
items can take you over (and under) it, hence 47/45.
