How to get non ProDos IIE/C programs to Mac Disk Image files?
After using IIC and IIGS models for some years, the school moved me to a
mac a few years ago. I continued to use some older test scoring
programs on the IIEs that were left, but they are now being allowed to
die, not being fixed, etc. So...the time has come for me to learn to
run those programs on the PowerBook they supply for me. I've been able
to get the one program (a ProDos 8 Application) to run (haven't gotten
it to print correctly over the ethernet network yet to the HP
printer...but it seems that may be possible) using Bernie to the
Rescue.
But, the rest of the IIE/C stuff I want to use are in Pascal or even DOS
3.3/Integer Basic. I suspect that Bernie might run those...if I can
figure out how to get them from the 5.25 disks into disk image files
that the mac/Bernie will store/read/use. These are all proprietary,
test scoring programs, and are not in (or likely to ever be in) the
libraries I've found online. How do create disk image files from these
non-ProDos 5.25 disks?
All help appreciated! Thanks in advance.
