I think the guy that was speaking gibberish was trying to say that the IIc was in the movie The Explorers. Great movie from the 80's. It is about 3 teenagers that are being sent dreams by aliens. In the dreams, the details to build a small energy sheild to use around a small craft are revealed. All controled by the good ol' Apple IIc. It is on the USA network every now and again.
