need help with IIGS system software

I recently bough a IIGS at a yard sale; the only software I got with
it is Appleworks GS, a system disk, and a System Tools disk which has
been overwritten with the previous owner's (useless) data. Apple's
FTP site seems to have the system software, but it's been BINSCII'ed.
The only BINSCII program I have been able to find needs to be EXECed
from Basic, and I don't have the file basic.system and can't get to
Applesoft while running under ProDos. What I need is (1) some kind
soul to send me copies of the GS/OS system disks, or (2) same to help
me with downloading the system files, BINSCII, or whatever it takes to
do it. I do have a working modem, and can log into my shell account
with the comm program in Appleworks, thus I should be able to FTP
files and download to the GS (xmodem, sigh, reminds me of my youth :)
Any help will be appreciated!
Cheers, Jim
