    That theory has already been tested. You see, before I had
my 15 MHz ZipGS, I had a completely different board that was
running at 8 MHz with 16K of cache. In otherwords, I've used
*two* separate ZipGS boards, so you can't point the finger at
a flakely accelerator.

    In any case, with 5 MB memory and running at 8 MHz, AWGS
would still exhibit lock-ups, freezes and that internal error
with AWGS asking you to reboot.

    Simple answer really. The program is like a minefield of bugs.
Some of us have been lucky and never stepped on any, and some of
us, enviably, have. I have no idea what tiggers these bugs, or
why, but I *do* know they exist.

    At this point I no longer care. I've been "bitten" too many
times by the program and with Scantron Quality Computer having
abandoned the 2.0 update and all publication, sales and support
of the program, I plan to do the same and abandon it. This is
just me personally though, it's still a nice program and if you
can find out exactly what tiggers the bugs, that'd be great and 
maybe someone could issue a patch. It's just too late for me...

    Nope, I never preloaded modules. I would load it up and 
double-click on the icon for the word processing module (or
from the first dialog box presented, tell it to load in my
document).
