If I may add my 2 cents (aside: Yep, I can use that now. The sub-unit
of a Euro is a cent :) worth: Go for NT, by all means. Concentrate on
getting a good emulator. I am sure there will be volunteers to make
the changes necessary to make it run on Win9x, _after_ it's stable on
its intended platform.
