It looks like a toy to me.

Just what Apple needs to broaden it's market:  another underpowered,
overpriced, un-expandable, closed, proprietary box.

Not.  

It positively reeks of Steve Jobs.  Prediction:  Apple will get a
couple of good quarters out of it, as the Mac faithful (and no one
else) buys them.  Once the (tiny) market is saturated, Apple tanks
again.  About a year from now, watch for the iMac 2 (or iMac+).
