XGS/32 Update - v1.01 released

A small update to XGS/32 has been released. This version allows you to have 
limited use of slot-based drive assignments (although you still cannot boot 
from them). It also allows you to change slot-based drive assignments at 
run-time (which in essence allows you to swap disks when the emulator is 
running). 

There were also a couple of small bugfixes.
