Re: Dealing with A2 Forum on Delphi

I wouldn't worry about it Tom. The way I see it, all those "serious"
developers who've gone over to Delphi deserve to be stuck on Delphi, and
the best bit is, they're doing it to themselves.

I mean, take Nathan's public "defection". After a week or two of threads of
"I'm glad he's gone", and knocking on him for having trashed all his Apple
information out of spite, all the argumentative threads simply disappeared.
Looking back on all the current articles on our server, I can't see _one
single_ flame thread! For comp.sys.apple2 this is incredible. I'd have
sooner thought that Bill Gates would admit the entire Windows operating
system was only ever intended to be a joke ;-) then comp.sys.apple2 could
even have a single week without a single flame thread.

I always believed Nathan was the source of all the flame threads, which
was why I ranked him even lower then the so-called pirates he "campaigned"
against. Quite frankly, I'm extremely impressed with comp.sys.apple2 now.
Hopefully we can recapture the pre-Nuddite spirit that was once present
in the group and revitalize it.

Viva life! And long live comp.sys.apple2! ;-)
