Yes, in fact I made a ProDOS 8 CD-ROM just today for the first time.
I don't know if any other SCSI controller other than a RAMFast can
read it due to the partitioning on the CD-ROM, but I now have all of
my Apple II ProDOS 8 (critical) utilites written onto a custom CD-ROM
and a simple NEC Intersect 2X read it.
