That's nothing more than a normal Shrinkit file in a binary II wrapper. GEnie
made people put uploads in that format back in the days. All BXY does is 
ensure that the Shrinkit file inside has the proper type/aux type after
downloading. Shrinkit can open those files directly as if the binary II
header weren't there.
