Check out the Project 64 site to see what's being done with Commodore 64
docs:

It's an extensive collection of scanned and OCRed manuals for everything
from hardware to software. Maybe the same thing could be done for the
Apple II?

Another great, but random, source of old computer docs can be found in
your local thrift stores. I just bought a near-mint copy of Lon Poole's
Apple II User's Guide for all of $0.95 by scrounging the shelves at
Savers.
