That's a common problem with the 400k drives. The mechanism sticks
because the grease got hard.
Remove the upper mechanism from the drive (four screws and a c-shaped
spring at the motor excenter) and put it in alcohol or isopropanol for a
few minutes. When everything is clean and moves easily, re-assemble the
drive and put some oil onto the moving parts.
Try to eject the disk with the drive's eject button. If this works fine
you can power on the Lisa and use the automatic eject.
