I've bought from Jameco recently, with no trouble.http://www.jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10001_10001_4... -MarkExcellent! Thanks. Do you feel I should dump all the existing chips and populate with new.. or just fill in the holes with these guys? Sometimes memory products (even modern laptops) can be flakey without all the same chips in them. So, just curious as to your perspective. Thanks !
There would be no problem with mixing types or speeds of DRAM on an Apple II memory card. All 256kbit chips are faster than an Apple II requires. Old chips are as good as new chips, if they work.
